Initial Design Consultation
$75.00
The initial consultation provides a 1-2 hour opportunity to discuss your needs, concerns, styles and desires. This may happen remotely, or, depending on location, may happen in-person with a modest travel fee.
Interior Finish
Selections
$1.00-1.25/sq.ft.
Interior finishes include flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, light fixtures, woodwork and cabinetry, hardware, countertop and paint colors. Modifications after initial final plan is made will incur additional charges.
Furniture & Accessory Selection
$700-1,000/ room
We will privide two (2) design board options per room. The Design Board will include furnishings, art, rugs, window treatments, lamps, wall paper, lighting and accessories selected. Costs include the design selections, and managing orders & shipments from wholesalers. The design labor for setting up room on the day of installation is not included. It will cost $75/hour.
